Honestly: sometimes a potential analysis ends with the recommendation to skip AI and automate conventionally. That is a result too — it saves you an expensive project.
Our approach
AI projects rarely fail on technology — they fail on first steps that are too big. That is why we start with a pilot on real data: small enough to stay manageable, real enough to carry proof.
Before we start, we define together how success is measured — processing time, error rate, throughput. After that, the result counts, not the impression.
A pilot is allowed to fail — better after four weeks than after a year. You get a clear recommendation: scale, refine or stop.
Your data stays in your systems, costs stay traceable, and the solution belongs to you — no lock-in with vendors or with us.

We do not consult from a textbook: our own office automation runs on AI agents — mail triage, call lists, daily briefings — and our software is built AI-assisted. What we recommend, we use ourselves.

Not necessarily. Some processes are solved cheaper and more robustly with conventional automation. That is exactly part of the consulting: we also tell you where AI is not (yet) the best answer.

We run models in EU regions of the major cloud platforms or fully on-premise, with data-processing agreements and without training on your content. For the EU AI Act we prepare the technical documentation and risk classification. We do not replace legal advice — where needed, we work with your law firm.
Yes. Depending on protection needs, models run in EU cloud regions (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) or as local open-source models on your own hardware — in which case data never leaves the house.
Both, and that is the difference: the same people who consult then build the solution and stand behind it in operation. Recommendations you have to implement yourself turn out different from slides you hand over.
