A sortable customer table shows turnover, margin and contribution with trend arrows — filterable by salesperson, margin range or “conspicuous customers only”.
Every customer has their own ordering rhythm. The traffic light derives it from the last twelve months — and raises the alarm when a customer stays quiet unusually long. Red means: call before they are gone.
The sales board shows customers, turnover, margin and at-risk customers per salesperson. The deviation score answers: which customers do we systematically mis-calculate?
Credit limits, arrears and remaining headroom from your FileMaker organisations — with the most critical customers at the top of the list.
Your existing FileMaker installation is connected via the OData API, XML exports or SFTP — automatically, on a schedule. FileMaker itself stays untouched and in the lead.

Technology
ReportingAI is a lean web application (Python, Dash/Plotly) with PostgreSQL as its analytics database. Your FileMaker data is synchronised and pre-aggregated per customer and period — which is why the dashboards respond instantly.
It is installed on your premises: one process, one database, HTTPS optional. ReportingAI is developed AI-assisted throughout — the analytics themselves deliberately stay rule-based and traceable.
No. ReportingAI reads your data via the OData interface or from exports — FileMaker stays unchanged and in the lead. Nothing is written back.
With you. The web app and the PostgreSQL database run on your own server; there is no cloud component and no external service that data flows to.
From the orders of the last twelve months, each customer’s usual ordering gap is derived. If a customer stays quiet much longer than is usual for them, the light turns yellow or red — you set the thresholds yourself.
